Refreshing or creating outdoor living spaces with Home Joy Studio follows the same process we use for interior services.

Your package will include a consultation and estimate as well as a personalized design package including a customized selection of the following:

  • 3D Drawings

  • Space Plan

  • Paint Color Selection

  • Styling Guidance

Are you ready to give your home a whole new look by replacing siding, trim, soffit and gutters? Or considering creating an entertaining/living space under your existing deck? Home Joy Studio can assist in selecting colors and recommending placement of different profiles such as board and batten, plank, shake or the more standard 4” and 6” lap as well as under deck and porch ceiling options. These selections can then be applied to a photo or model of your home to give you confidence in your investment!

Projects may range from 12-25 hours, with most modestly sized homes falling in the 12-15 hour range for 3-5 options. Hourly rate is $95.
